The Holistic Picnic
An Intentional Gathering
to Activate and Align
the Mind, Body, and Spirit

In Celebration of Health, the Harvest, and Abundance
We offer you a delightful afternoon of
Cacao, Yoga, Sound & Energy Medicine +
Intentionally Crafted Seasonal & Gluten Free Culinary Delights

In honor of the Harvest time,
we come together to celebrate and give
Gratitude
for both life's abundance
and nutritious foods provided by the earth.
We take time to reflect on our blessings,
make room for growth through conscious release, and experience tools that we can integrate into everyday lives for ease, health, and comfort.
Details:
~Starting with the heart-opening power of Cacao, we ceremonially open the space to set our intentions for what we need to integrate and balance within our lives.
~We build and practice embodying our intentional energies through a harmonious vinyasa-yin sequence that energizes, opens, and aligns you.
~We weave our intentions even deeper through the activation of a soothing Sound Bath and Crystal Energy Healing Savasana.
~To conclude, we savor a delicious celiac-friendly harvest feast and connect with fellow participants as we reflect on our journey.
Don’t miss this opportunity to celebrate, rejuvenate, and cultivate with us!
